DINNER ON BOARD — HOW SEATING WORKS Dinner is served in rotations. The dining deck seats 150 guests at a time, so rather than one seating for a lucky few, dinner is served in waves throughout the cruise — every guest with a dinner-included ticket enjoys a full seated dinner service during their assigned rotation, then rejoins the party on the open decks while the next wave dines. Your rotation time is confirmed at boarding. Ticket holders with Priority First-Dinner Seating (Host Tables and select packages) dine in the opening rotation at their reserved table. ABOUT HOST TABLES — please read before purchasing A Host Table reserves a branded table of ten for your group during your dinner rotation — your name or organization on the table, Priority First-Dinner Seating, and dedicated service — not a private table for the entire cruise. When your rotation concludes, the dining deck resets for the next wave of guests, although your decor may remain, and your party continues on the lounge and observation decks with everyone else. Think of it as hosting your table at dinner, then hosting the dance floor. KNOW BEFORE YOU SAIL All sales support a scheduled cruise; if the event does not sail as scheduled, tickets are refunded in full within 10 business days. Ticket prices shown include all service fees. Turn right at the very end of the off ramp and the Hyatt Miami hotel will be on your immediate right hand side. Parking available with valet or you can use the James L Knight Center parking garage.
